- Gleneden Park is located on a five acre site near the Little Spokane River. The final masterplan for Gleneden Park consists of a large open meadow surrounded by woodland trails, wetland ponds, rock outcroppings, logs for seating, and natural play elements demonstrating an environmentally sensitive approach for the future of Spokane County Parks. There are also many active elements that include: Half-court basketball, restroom facilities with a wood pole arbor, a zip line, a swing set, picnic benches, a play slide, a large moose sculpture, and parking facilities.
