- Ives & Harrison is a 75-unit affordable housing project in Centralia, Washington. The landscape design includes ‘meadow’ plantings of native perennials, biofiltration swales and raingardens planted with drought and moisture tolerant plants, a volleyball court, play field and play areas, and native planting beds.
